尊敬的各中文学校和社团组织负责人，
自 2011 年以来，在大家的鼎力支持下，北德州中文演讲比赛已成功举办了十三届，在中文教 育界产生了很大影响，得到越来越多的学校和家长的重视及参与, 成为了本地区规模最大的文化 教育类比赛之一。经组委会协商努力决定，第十四届 北德州 TI 杯中文演讲比赛定于 2026 年4 月 11 日在 The University of Texas at Dallas 举办。为了配合各学校的学期活动安排和赛前准备，目前北德州中华文化促进会 (NTCCPA)开始筹备第十四届北德州中文演讲比赛。
北德州中文演讲比赛面向所有正在学习中文的在校学生。过去十三届，本地区已有2000名学生 参加了这一比赛。参赛者除了中文学校的华裔学生以外，还有来自各类学校的非华语家庭的学 生，为热爱学习中文的学生搭建了一个生动活泼的学习平台。本届比赛仍继续把学中文, 讲中文, 立自信, 展风采作为宗旨, 重在参与，参赛就是赢家。我们将提供免费赛前培训和临场竞赛，帮 助参赛学生提高中文演讲技巧，培养个人仪态风度，锻炼组织领导才能，增强自信。同时，我们 也希望通过这种比赛，增进学校联谊和交流，促进汉语教育。
为了使这届比赛更加成功, 北德州中文演讲比赛委员会竭诚邀请贵校和社团一如既往，再次 参与协办。协办方式包括：（1）鼓励贵校学生踊跃参加比赛; (2) 派遣贵校教师参于评判; （3） 贵校或贵社团体提供资金赞助，协办比赛。这样既参与社会公益，又扩大贵校和团体的知名度， 实现双赢。请登陆网站 https://ntccpa.org/，电子邮件请发至： ntccpa.ntcsc@gmail.com。

Respected Heads of Chinese School and Organizational Leaders,
Since 2011, with the support of you, the North Texas Chinese Speech Contest has been successfully held for thirteen sessions. It is one of the largest cultural and educational competitions in the region. By our organizing committee effort, we are happy to announce that the 14th North Texas TI Cup North Texas Chinese Speech Contest is scheduled to be held again on April 11, 2026 at The University of Texas at Dallas.
The North Texas Chinese Speech Contest is open to all students in K-12. In the past thirteen contests, about two thousand students have participated, including K-12 students from local Chinese schools, in addition to many non-heritage students in private/public schools and adults. We owe all our success to your active participation, such as promoting the event, sending your students to the contest, and volunteering your teachers as judges.
To make the Fourteenth Chinese Speech Contest another success, we would like to extend a sincere invitation to all local schools and organizations to sponsor or co-organize the contest in the following ways: (1) encouraging your students to take part in the contest; (2) sending your teachers to act as judges; and (3) sponsoring and promoting this event. Your involvement opens a win-win opportunity that will benefit your school’s publicity and display your strong support to the contest.
The upcoming Chinese Speech Contest will continue to provide a platform for young Chinese learners to improve their Chinese communication skills and build their public image and self-confidence. We will also provide free pre-contest training and judge training. It will provide a good opportunity to strengthen exchanges between the Chinese schools and promote Chinese education.
